  • CrossFit group class led by caoch. This membership gives you access to any class of your choosing at anytime of your choosing. 

926 Spark (3X Per Week)

  • 926 Spark is a functional fitness program designed to reach desired fitness levels while utilizing basic functional movements and avoids barbell and gymnastic movements that are potent in normal CrossFit workouts. This program highlights the importance of proper movements patterns even with the most basic of functional movements all the while pushing the limits of each and every participant. Spark is for anyone and everyone, no previous exercise history is needed to execute these workouts. Classes will be 45 in duration and will be held 3 days per week (M/W/F) indefinitely. Platinum Nutrition Mem...

  • The platinum coaching is a 6 week customized program geared to individuals who want to improve their
    overall health and fitness, but require more accountability to stick to the plan. Throughout the 6 weeks
    they will have the support of a nutrition professional, who will provide guidance and assistance
    throughout the transformation. The program starts with a consultation where the client and coach sit
    down and create a plan that is tailored towards the individual’s needs. Throughout the 6 weeks there
    will be weekly check-in meetings with the nutrition coach to review progress. Body composition will be
    tracked at the beginning and end of the program.

Gold Nutrition Membership

  • The gold coaching is a 4 week customized program geared to individuals who have some basic
    knowledge in nutrition, but still need some assistance getting started. The program starts with a
    consultation where the client and coach sit down to create a plan that is individually tailored towards
    the individual’s needs. There will be the support of a nutrition professional, who will provide guidance
    and assistance throughout the transformation. With the gold package the individual will have bi-weekly
    meetings to review progress. Body composition will be tracked at the beginning and end of the program.
